EI Skills and Assessment Program
We have developed and delivered dozens of EI-based training
modules, including Keynotes, half-day, 1, 2 and 3 day sessions.
These modules include some of the following:
Experiential Introduction: This exercise sets the tone for
the in-depth course.
MSCEIT Overview: Describes the skills assessed by the
MSCEIT, and what high or low scores might mean.
Emotional Blueprint: Presents a 4-step, structured
approach to emotions and problem-solving through a case study.
Participants build their own Emotional Blueprint action plan to help
them immediately leverage the workshop experience in their own
lives.
Emotionally-Intelligent Feedback: Participants use the
Emotional Blueprint to get ready to receive and process feedback.
They then receive their custom MSCEIT Report.
The Emotionally Intelligent Manager: We apply the four
abilities of EI to the leadership role. Case studies, which can be
customized to the needs of the participants, offer insight into how
people can become effective leaders.
EI and Change: The process of change management is viewed
through our Emotional Blueprint, giving participants a new way of
viewing their role as change agents.
EI and Teams: Case studies and role plays demonstrate how
emotions can guide and assist teams to be effective teams. We also
touch upon the role of the team member in this section, outlining
the EI steps by which a person can be an active and effective member
of a team.

The Emotionally
Intelligent Teacher Training Program
